<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption while reducing fitting space by applying initial power by attraction force of an electromagnet and a magnet, and then by moving a head base by utilizing the driving force of a capstan shaft. CONSTITUTION:A driver is equipped with a capstan shaft 1, a driving gear 2 provided coaxially to the capstan shaft 1, and a driven gear 3 which engages with the driving gear 2 and has a no-tooth part partially. Under the driven gear 3, a magnet 4 whose surfaces are both magnetized is stuck at the opposite side to the no-tooth part 3a across a center shaft. Under the magnet 4, coils 5 and 6 with iron cores are installed in a pair to form an electromagnet. Consequently, initial power is generated by the attraction force of the electromagnet and magnet, and then the driving force of the capstan shaft is utilized to move a head base, reducing fitting space and power consumption.</p> |
