<p>The mechanism adjusts a rotary component such as a butterfly valve spindle over its working stroke, having a drive engaging with the component and a hand-resetting device. The latter comprises a worm coupled to a hand drive and meshing with a worm wheel, the latter engaging via a coupling with the rotary component. The coupling is permanently engaged and has an amount of free movement at least equal to the amount of the working stroke. It can be formed by mating lugs on two of the parts coupled together.</p> |
