<p>The invention relates to cosmetic compositions which are intended to be used for the treatment of keratin substances. These compositions contain at least one bis(quaternary ammonium) derivative with two lipophilic chains, corresponding to the formula <IMAGE> (I) in which R denotes a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched aliphatic group having from 8 to 22 carbon atoms, or a mixture of such groups, or mixtures of lipophilic chains derived from natural products having from 8 to 30 carbon atoms, A denotes a group -(CH2)n-, in which n denotes and integer from 1 to 18, R' denotes hydrogen and m=1, it also being possible for A to form a heterocyclic group together with the nitrogen atoms to which it is bonded, in which case m=O, and X- denotes and anion derived from a mineral or organic acid.</p> |
