PURPOSE:To perform injection molding stabilized at all times even when metering accuracy of the material is fluctuated more or less, by providing, within a mold for injection-compression molding, detecting means for detecting a pressure and a temperature of a resin filled into a mold cavity. CONSTITUTION:The pressure sensor 24 for detecting a resin pressure is provided in the mold cavity 18 to perform the detection via a pin 25, and the temperature sensor 26 is also provided to detect a resin temperature of the mold cavity 18. A filling condition setting apparatus is provided for setting electrical signals such as a voltage based on the detected resin pressure and temperature. Thus, when the filling of a resin which precedes a compression step is effected, the filling condition detecting means including the pressure sensor 24, the temperature sensor 26, etc. detect the filling condition in the mold covity 18, and when predetermined conditions of completion of the filling step has reached the designed target, the step is switched to the next compression processing. |
