PURPOSE:To prevent cavitation erosion, vibration and noise of a water level control valve of the degassing device, in the degassing device of a power plant, by controlling a regelation pressurizing pump corresponding to valve different pressure of the water level control valve of the degassing device. CONSTITUTION:Steam discharged from a turbine is converted to water in a regelation device 1, pressurized by a regelation pump 2, passed through a desalting apparatus 4, further pressurized by a regelation pressurizing pump 5 and introduced into the degassing device 12 through a ground steam condenser 6, a flow meter 7, a degassing device water level control valve and low pressure water supply heaters 9, 10, 11 to be degassed therein and, thereafter, stroed in a degassing device water storage tank 13. Valve different pressure of the degassing device water level control valve 8 is detected by a different pressure meter 27 and a rotary number control drive part 26 is controlled by a rotary number controller 28 through an operator 29 to make the valve different pressure almost constant inspite of a flow amount. |
