PURPOSE:To produce accurately and efficiently a turbulent flow piece, by arranging a nozzle that extrudes horizontally a resin while the resin is being rotated about the horizontal line, a cooling tank having a side wall with openings through it, and a sucking pipe that opens into the cooling tank, etc. CONSTITUTION:A resin that has been melted by heat in an extruder 10 is extruded horizontally through a slit 16 of the rotating nozzle 14 while the resin is being rotated about its axis by the rotation of the nozzle 14, then is passed through openings 26, 30, 28 through the cooling tank 18 where it is cooled and hardened, and is taken up by a take-up means 36 to be wound onto a reel 40. In this case, the rotation of the resin about its axis is stopped by the take-up means 36, and the resin is also supported by its own cooled section in the cooling tank 18. The resin is twisted about its axis between the nozzle 14 end and a first cooling chamber, and is cooled to be hardened in that state. |
