PURPOSE:To stick carrier core particles to polyfluorocarbon films easily and strongly, by providing a specified interlayer between the carrier core particles and the polyfluorocarbon films. CONSTITUTION:Steel beads are coated with a dispersion containing a polyfluorocarbon resin, such as polyvinylidene fluoride, a thermosetting resin, such as epoxy resin, a mica fine powder, and a metal fine powder to form 5mum thick interlayers. These interlayers are coated with an aqueous suspension containing polytetrafluoroethylene, and when needed, pigment and surfactant in 5mum thickness, and dried and baked at 370 deg.C for 15min. |
