PURPOSE:To boil eggs with the yolk being positioned at the center, by feeding raw eggs to one end of an egg rotating path, by rotating and moving the eggs to the end of the egg rotating path by pushing the eggs at the position a little bit lower than the center of the eggs with an egg pushing lever extending perpendicularly to the egg rotating path. CONSTITUTION:Raw eggs fed to the space between the egg pushing levers 11 in the egg rotating path 14 of a feed part are transferred to the egg rotating path 2 at the highest step and dipped in hot water. Here, since the eggs are pushed at a little bit lower part than the egg center by the egg pushing lever 11, the eggs are transferred in hot water while being rotated. The eggs reached to the end 2b of the egg rotating path 2 at the highest step are dropped to the starting edge 2a of the egg rotating path 2 at the following step, and put between the egg pushing levers 11. The eggs reached to the end 2b of the egg rotating path 2 at the final step are released into the hot water by the return of the chain 10 at the sprocket 8, received one by one by the receiving shelves 21 of the recovery device 15, and transported upward. |
