PURPOSE:To make air venting and drainage possible and to make special air vent valve unnecessary by an operation of only a safety valve, a water supply valve and a drain valve by a method wherein the safety valve is provided on the top and an outside water supply piping of a hot water storage tank is laid so that no trap is generated. CONSTITUTION:A connector 23 connecting a safety valve 18, a hot water control valve 17 and a duct 15 is made highest, and pipes are laid for both a route from a duct 15 through a hot water supply duct 9 to the top of a hot water storage tank 1 and a route from the hot water control valve 17 through a water heating heat exchanger 4, a circulating pump 13 and a duct 14 to the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1 so that no trap is occurring. Because the safety valve 18 is positioned highest and a piping is made trapfree by constituting as above, a complete air venting and drainage can be carried out only with operations of the safety valve, a water supply valve and a drain valve when water is supplied first to a device or water is drained from the water heating heat exchanger 4. |
