PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated coil having no interwinding gap and with high efficiency by using a thermo-shrinking fiber for warp of a lining material of an insulating tape forming a main insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A lining material, wherein a fiber such as glass or polyester is arranged for the woof, is pasting-treated with the well-known firing method or the water jet method to be made tape-shaped for obtaining an insulated tape 61. Said insulated tape 61 is wound about a conductor 1 to be vacuum impregnated with a thermosetting resin, then the linear part 2 is pressed with a molding metal mold and heated in a heating furnace to shrink the warp itself, which is the lining material of the insulated tape. Thereby the main insulated layer 5 of a fixed size, wherein no interlayer gap of the insulated tape 61 arises, can be obtained. |
