PURPOSE:To set a diaphragm automatically and also to prevent a malfunction, by sending a pulse signal of a prescribed frequency for controlling a diaphragm value of a camera, from a flash device. CONSTITUTION:An output of an oscillator provided on a flash device 1 is divided by a frequency divider 3, and the divided frequency is selected by a switch 4. A pulse signal of the selected frequency is inputted to a gate circuit 8 of a camera device 7 through a terminal 5, a pulse passes through by the gate time decided by a gate control device 9, and is counted by a counter 10. An output of the counter 10 is inputted to a converter 11, and by its output, a diaphragm control device 12 is operated. |
