PURPOSE:To prevent a titled claw from being spoiled even if its top end is thinned to <=100mu and to make it sufficient to bring into contact with the surface of a photoreceptor with a light load and to prevent from damage on the surface of the photoreceptor, etc. by bringing the top end of a peeling claw of a sheet constituted of a metallic material having 10X10<3>-30X10<3>kg/mm.<2> longitudinal elastic modulus into contact with the surface of the photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:A peeling claw 1 made of a sheet is provided in a sheet shape, and the one face of a both-sides tape 2 is stuck on the one-side of the base part and the other face of the tape 2 is stuck on a member 3 as to come into contact with the top end of the peeling claw or the surface of a photoreceptor and a fixing roller, etc. The peeling claw is made of a metallic sheet having 10X10<3>- 3X10<3>kg/mm.<2> Young's modulus by punching with a press or with an etching process. As the top end of the peeling claw is provided to deflect by a constant amount, said top end contacts at a constant pressure and in a shape of a face. |
