摘要 PURPOSE:To save energy, by evacuating the air in an enclosed hollow chamber through a rotary body, and further continuing the rotating action of the rotary body so that it can serve as a heating mechanism to generate frictional heat. CONSTITUTION:Rotating vanes 6 are arranged in a suction port 4 in the ceiling of an enclosed hollow chamber 1, a guide plate 8 and a rotary plate 10 are arranged below the rotating vanes 6 to form a gap (g), and a diffusion rotating section 11 for rotating a fan 13 by inflow air streams from an inside air introducing port 15 is arranged in the lower part of the chamber 1. After the vanes 6 has been rotated by a motor 5 to evacuate the hollow chamber 1 so the outside and the inside of the chamber 1 are equilibrated, when the rotation is further continued, the air that has beeen highly heated by frictional heat of it with the vanes 6 passes through the gap (g), while the rotary plate is caused to rotate, to flow down along the inner circumferential wall, and leaves the introducing port 15 and a cover plate 20 to ciculate. Thus, the temperature of water in a reservoir 22 having a water introducing part 24 and a spiral piping 23 wound around the outer circumference thereof is elevated, and therefore desired hot water can be served from a hot water supplying part 25.
