NEW MATERIAL:A phenylcyclohexane derivative of formula I(R<1> is H, hydroxyl group or alkoxyl; R<2> is H, aminoalkyl, alkoxylcarbonylalkyl or aminocarbonylalkyl; R<3> is oxo, hydroxyl group, alkylcarbonylamino, alkycarbonyloxy, aminoalkylcarbonyloxy, etc.; R<4> is H, aminoalkyl, morpholino or morpholinoalkyl; however, R<3> and R<4> are not H at the same time). EXAMPLE:2-Ethoxycarbonylmethyl-6-morpholino-2-phenylcyclohexanone. USE:Useful as a medicine having inhibitory action on blood platelet aggregation, inhibitory action on contraction of extirpated intestines and anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions. PROCESS:Either one of R<2> or R<4> or both are introduced into a phenylcyclohexane of formula II as a starting raw material by the well-known method to give the aimed compound of formulaI (R<3> is oxo group). |
