PURPOSE:To obtain a good shape of winding on the basis of a simple structure in a winder for a twisted yarn bobbin and a warping bobbin by swinging a traverse arm round one point jebing as a fulcrum in a long hole bored on the midway of the arm. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 1 with tapered collars on both sides is mounted at first on a cradle 2 by the operation of a handle 3. The position of the fulcrum 10 is fast fixed at an intersecting point of extensions of taper lines of collars on the bobbin 1, and the lease amplitude of a traverse bar 5 and the position of a member 8 are selected to lay the groove of a yarn guide 11 upon taper lines of collars on both ends of the lease amplitude. The yarn from a yarn supplier is wound up on the rotating bobbin 1 through a yarn guide 11 via a yarn guide tension adjusting mechanism. Simultaneously, a traverse arm 7 is swung round the fulcrum 10 in a long hole 9, and the yarn guide 11 is moved trapezoidally at intervals to meet taper lines on both sides of the bobbin 1 for winding up the yarn into layers. |
