PURPOSE:To stabilize a load at an early stage, by temporarily increasing electric power supplied to the load. CONSTITUTION:An output level of a level setting device 5 is set to a load of normal power consumption. When an on-off command device 6 is turned on, the level setting device 5 outputs a prescribed level, but a rise compensating device 7 operates and supplies an output whose level is higher than the prescribed level to a control device 4, therefore, supply of electric power to a load 2 is started by supplying electric power B which is larger than an electric power A corresponding to a normal level. Accordingly, since the load 2 is operated by a large electric power B at first, it is stabilized earlier than the case when the electric power A is supplied from the beginning. After that, the electric power A is supplied to the load 2. |
