A sealing profile for door and window apertures or the like comprises a fastening strip (26) of U-shaped cross-section, a soft-elastic half-round tube (38) extending from the latter and arcuately bridging the legs (30, 32) of the U-shaped fastening strip, and at least one sealing strip (22) projecting laterally from one leg (32) of the fastening strip. The half-round tube (38) is fastened along a longitudinal edge to one leg (32) of the fastening strip or to the sealing strip (22) extending from said leg and, after the fastening strip has been nailed on, can be inserted with its free longitudinal edge behind the other leg (30) of the fastening strip. <IMAGE>
