Toy spinning top which can be driven by means of a spin bar and which has a transparent cover, covering an especially stationary horizontal disc, and a supporting disc which rotates above the horizontal disc and is driven by the spinning top via a reduction gear and which is connected to toy vehicles moving over an uphill and downhill roadway of the horizontal disc, each toy vehicle being connected, via a resilient supporting arm pressing it downwards onto the roadway, to the supporting disc which has a very small diameter and which leaves the largest part of the horizontal disc free. <IMAGE>
