PURPOSE:To change feed length of material easily by constructing a toggle joint mechanism of a connecting rod driven by a rotating crank and a pair of links, connecting one of the links to a shaking link for material feeding and sliding an end that becomes a fulcrum of another intermittently. CONSTITUTION:A toggle joint mechanism 8 is constructed of a connecting rod 3 connected to a crank disk 1 that rotates round a rotation axis 2 and links 5, 6 connected to the connecting rod 3 by a pair of pins 7. The link 5 is connected to a shaking link 9 by a pin 10. The end of the link 6 is a fulcrum of the toggle joint mechanisn 8 and connected to a sliding block 13 that slides along a guide axis 12 by a pin 14. The extent of sliding of the sliding block 13 is limited by a stopper 15, and the stopper 15 is slid through a rod 17 by operation of an air cylinder 16. Accordingly, the feed length of material can be changed easily with sufficient time. |
