PURPOSE:To lessen the influence of data communication upon the general service, by detecting a predetermined signal within the first constant time to perform a proper processing in respect to incoming calls within a predetermined time zone. CONSTITUTION:On a basis of time information from a clock 8, a line switch 4 switches a line 10 from a telephone set 5 to a control mechanism 6. A control mechanism 2 in the originating side starts operating on a basis of time information from a clock 3 and transmits an off-hook signal and a dial signal designating the telephone set 5. When an originating subscriber transmits a call to the telephone set 5 and the call is terminated in an incoming call detecting mechanism 6-1, a signal 1 is not detected by a signal detecting mechanism 6-3. If the signal 1 is not detected for a constant time after the incoming response in an off-hook transmission mechanism 6-2, a processing mechanism 7 starts operating to perform a proper processing for this call. |
