PURPOSE:To improve separation of the exposed and hardened parts of a photosensitive resin film and parts of a light absorbing film which occupy the phosphor formation parts, by subjecting the photosensitive resin film exposed and the light absorbing film lying under the photosensitive resin film to hardening treatment. CONSTITUTION:A suspension liquid of graphite is applied to a face plate 1 which the plate 1 is rotated, and is dried so as to form a graphite film 2. Then a photosensitive resin liquid is applied on the film 2, and is dried so as to form a photosensitive film 3. Next, after a shadow mask is placed above the film 3, parts of the film 3, on which red, green and blue phosphors are arranged, are cured. Then, the face plate 1 is immersed in 5% aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate for 30sec so as to harden the photosensitive resin films of exposed and cured parts 3a as well as the graphite films which lie under the parts 3a and are impregnated with the photosensitive resin liquid. After that, the photosensitive resin films of non-exposed and non-hardened parts 3d are dissolved and removed so as to make graphite films to be exposed. Next, opening parts 2a of the graphite film 2 is coated with a phosphor, and thus treated face plate 1 is subjected to processes of aluminum reflection film deposition and the like, thus a black matrix fluorescent surface is completed. |
