An adjustable bearing for the mirror glass of the outside rear view mirror of a vehicle, having a mirror support and a mount for the mirror glass, which mount can be pivoted with respect to the mirror support about two axes which extend transversely to one another, the mirror mount being made of plastic and supporting on its back facing away from the mirror glass two injected or pressed-in spherical joint parts which are at a distance from one another, define the first axis and are fastened to a separator, two further spherical joint parts being injected or pressed into one ball socket each at a distance from one another on the side of the separator facing away from the mirror mount, the latter spherical joint parts defining the second axis, both axes crossing when projected onto the mirror surface and the spherical joint parts supported by the separator finally being connected to the mirror support. |
