<p>This hearth comprises a horizontal or inclined grate (1) subjected to vibrations and/or concussions produced by a generator (12) of directed vibrations and/or concussions, having a slight oblique upward deviation, substantially in the desired direction of advance of the solids on the grate (1), and possesses a grate support frame (2) which is rigid and takes the form of a vibrating and/or concussion-type frame which is resiliently mounted and on which the generator (12) of vibrations and/or concussions is mounted directly. The grate (1) is fixed in contact on the frame (2) at at least two points, of which at least one possesses a friction damper. The invention applies to the incineration of domestic refuse and other combustible products.</p> |
