PURPOSE:To achieve accurate profiling work by setting up a model jig in association with a guide roller so that a cutter is made to move in a manner to trace the contour lines of the model jig. CONSTITUTION:A guide roller 9 is pressed against model jig 12 by the action of spring 7. A rod 6 fitted with the guide roller 9 is also fitted with a cutter 11. Said cutter 11 is driven by motor 4 to move along the contour lines of the model 12, thereby to cut a wood board W into a shape exactly like the model. This arrangement makes it possible to carry out profiling work precisely as required. |
