PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of color deviation, by fixing temporarily toner images of respective colors in the preceding stage of the last tone image fixing in the multicolor recording system where processes of forming of the toner image and fixing due to heating for every color are repeated plural times. CONSTITUTION:In the recordng process of three colors A, B, and C, fixing due to heating is executed three times. In case of the first fixing of the tone image of the color A and the second fixing of the toner image of the color B, a small energy is applied to toner images to stick the picture of the color A or colors A and B, which is formed in the preceding stage, to a pringing paper 1 in such degree that this picture is not exfoliated from the printing paper 1 by development in the next stage, and thus, the picture is fixed temporarily to lessen deformation accompanied with heating of the printing paper 1. Next, a sufficient energy is supplied to toner images in the last fixing after toners of colors A, B and C are stuck to the pringing paper 1. As the result, a multicolor picture is obtained where color deviation is reduced and the resistance to wear is high. |
