PURPOSE:To simplify coil winding work of a belt type coil for transformer by a method wherein plural dashboards are formed being protruded on the confronting outside circumferential faces of a bobbin interposing the preliminarily prescribed interval between them, and grooves for engagement of tools for fixing of coil are provided to the tip end parts of the respective partition boards. CONSTITUTION:Space 14 to insert a core having nearly the same shape with the shape of section of the core is provided in the bobbin main body 11, and the main body is divided into parts 11a, 11b at the two places confronting with each other interposing space between them. The dashboards 16 of plural sheets are protrudedly formed being integrated in one body on the respectively confronting outside circumferential faces of the respective parts 11a, 11b interposing the preliminarily prescribed interval between them to form spaces 17 for winding of a belt type coil. The grooves 19 for engagement of the tools for fixing of coil are provided inside to the tip end parts of the partition boards 16, and after the belt type coil is wound in spaces 17 for winding, the tools for fixing of coil are inserted in the grooves 19 for engagement to hold the back turn and the winding ends of coil. Accordingly insulating work between the respective coil rows and banding work of coil can be omitted, and simplification of winding work can be attained. |
