PURPOSE:To shorten the length of a rotary shaft and to achieve compactness and light weight by a method wherein a coil at the region projected from the through hole of a core is flattened for eacy bend. CONSTITUTION:In an armature coil 27 used for an armature 21, a bend section 33 is flatly formed and twisting processing for the bend section 33 can easily be done with short length. After penetrating such the coil 27 into the through hole of a core 2, flattening processing is done by pressing the coil 27. Therefore, the succeeding twisting processing for the opposite ends 29, 29 of the coil 27 can easily be done with short length. As a result, the overall length L of a rotary shaft 4 can be shortened and the compactness and light weight of the armature 21 can be achieved. |
