PURPOSE:To prevent the unstable state caused by a parasitic capacity, by providing a resistance between the first circuit, where the output impedance is low, and a capacity which couples the output of the first circuit to the second circuit. CONSTITUTION:In respect to the first circuit 1 and the second circuit 3 which are capacity-coupled by an MOS capacity or junction capacity 13, one terminal, to which a parasitic capacity 14 is added, out of both terminals of the capacity 13 is connected to the first circuit 1, and the first circuit 1 consists of the emitter follower circuit of a low output impedance for the purpose preventing the loss of a signal due to the parasitic capacity 14. Since the parasitic capacity 14 is connected to the emitter of an emitter follower transistor 4 of the first circuit 1, a resistance 19 of about 30-750OMEGA is inserted between an output terminal 7 and the coupling capacity 13 for the purpose of preventing the unstable state due to the parasitic capacity 14. |
