PURPOSE:To grind a workpiece with high accuracy by providing a connecting rod of a pendulum fulcrum with a right-angle-shaped swivel lever together with a bend able arm located on extension of said lever and pressing as well as swivelling the tip of a tommy bar fitted at a right angle to the tip of the bendable arm toward the center of a sphere of a receiving stand along an arc line reverse to the arc line followed by the pendulum fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:A rotary part 2 of a swivel lever 1 is supported by a central receiving part 4 of a swivel shaft 3, the lower end of which is connected to a shaft of a motor 5 by means of a crank 5, and a bendable arm 7 is provided ahead the swivel lever 1 so as to bend freely. Further, an air cylinder 8 is installed between the swivel lever 1 and the bendable arm 7, the tip of which is fitted with a tommy bar 9 making the right andle with the arm 7, and a workpiece receiving stand 11 on the top of a processing shaft 10 and a grinder dish 12 provided at the tip of the tommy bar 9 are brought in contact with each other. Further, the top of a connecting rod 13 installed on the swivel lever 1 is made a pendulum fulcrum 14 and said lever 1 is put in swivelling motion from side to side centering around the fulcrum 14. Then, a grinder dish 12 at the tip of the tommy bar 9 is also pressed and swivelled along an arc line toward the center of the sphere of the receiving stand 11 so as to grind a workpiece placed on said stand 11 with high accuracy. |
