摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a tilting table driving force compensating controller which is designed to give a rotating moment in a direction that operating pressure breaks off upon a worm wheel by detecting operating pressure generated at a worm gear face and working an oil hydraulic working cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Operating pressure between a worm 12 and a worm wheel 11 generated by tilting a tilting table 1 by a handle 7 is caught as an axial thrust of a worm shaft 20 and detected by a pressure detecting element 27. a standard worm shaft thrust and a detected valve are compared at a comparator 28 and the balance is input into an electric servo motor 30. the servo motor 30 controls remote control valves 60 and 60', works an oil pressure working cylinder 7 and gives a compensating rotary moment tothe tilting table 1. By this, pressing force of a worm gearing surface can be always kept within a set point so that a tilting table driving output can be minimized. |
