PURPOSE:to prevent the pollution of the surface of an electrode and also, to prolong a life of a detection probe, by covering an exposed part of the detection electrode with a cover having the water permeability or water absorbing property. CONSTITUTION:A moisture detection probe is constituted by forming a pair of electrodes 1 on the surface of a sheet insulating holding parts 2 by an etching method and connecting said electrodes with an alarming or informing instrument 5 through e.g. a flat cable 4. A cover parts 3 consists of a main body 31 provided with a concave part for receiving the part 2 and a cover 32, and various synthetic rubbers, a film or sheet made of synthetic resin or woven fabric, nonwoven fabric made by various fibers having many through holes in a thickness direction, are preferable for its material. These materials are required to have the water permeability or water absorbing property. |
