PURPOSE:To perform electrophoresis analysis with a suitable migrating distance in accordance with the mobility of each components of sample, by migrating forcibly the boundary part of the leading and terminal electrolytes to the direction of transmission. CONSTITUTION:A boundary area of a terminal electrolyte from an electrode bath 3 for a terminal electrolyte and a leading electrolyte from an electrode bath 8 for the leading electrolyte, is at first formed at the place P, adjacent to a drain 5. When an appropriate migrating distance of a sample charged from a sample charging port 4 is equal to the space L between a sample charging point P, and a detector 7, the electrophoresis analysis is performed immediately without operation of a plunger pump 10. When the appropriate migrating distance is (l) which is shorter than the space L, a stop valve 2 for the terminal electrolyte is closed, and after a stop valve 9 for the leading electrolyte is opened, a suitable amount of the terminal electrolyte is charged to the migrating pipe line through the plunger pump 10, then the boundary part is transmitted to the place P2 to perform the electrophoresis analysis. |
