PURPOSE:To obtain a great working force by smaller powers as well as set the force at a desired value according to input signal by using the pressure of a fluid sent under pressure from an electromagnetic pump for a set value to regulate the position of a valve body. CONSTITUTION:A pressure control valve consists of an actuator 20 provided with a follower 27 displacing in response to the pressures of an electromagnetic pump 22 by which to send a fluid under pressure to a pressure chamber 25 and also of the pressure chamber 25, a valve body 7 by which to adjust the pressure inside an outlet pathway 3 by varying the opening area between an inlet pathway 2 and the outlet pathway 3, a diaphragm 5 provided in such a way as to receive the pressures of the inlet pathway 2 or inside the outlet pathway 3, and a spring 12 provided between the follower 27 and the diaphragm 5. |
