<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the mutual transfer of record, by providing unit recording and reproducing means each with a means of detecting the operation state of the mean for plural kinds of recording and reproduction, and by providing a control circuit equipped with a delay circuit. CONSTITUTION:A control means 10 for a recording and reproducing device 2 on which a recording medium to be recorded is loaded is driven by the output of a means 3 of detecting the temporary stop state of a recording and reproducing device 1 on which a recording medium having a signal is loaded, and a control means 7 for the device 1 is driven by the output of a means 4 of detecting the temporary stop state of the means 10, and a delay circuit 6 delays output signals from the means 3 and 4. For the recording of a playback signal from the device by the device 1, the devices 1 and 2 are both stopped temporarily and then released from the temporary stop, and the device 1 is released from the temporary stop a delay time later. Further, a delay circuit permits the device 2 to stop temporary a delay time after the device 1 stops temporary.</p> |
