PURPOSE:To obtain an ink ribbon material, which is capable of printing clear letters without causing ink smear, by using a warp which is prepared by strongly and temporarily twisting a special diameter synthetic fiber single yarn by using a large twisting coefficient at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:When manufacturing a fabric whose total number of pieces of woof and warp per inch is more than 280 by using a synthetic fiber whose unit size is below 1.2de and the total size is below 40de (such as, 6.6 nylon of 30d/ 20f -melting point: 255 deg.C-, etc.), it is temporarily twisted by using a twisting coefficient of 29X10<3> or more at a heating temperature being 35 deg.C lower than the melting point of the synthetic fiber single yarn (such as, 225 deg.C, etc.), and by using thus prepared warp, the objective fabric is obtained. EFFECT:Ink holding capacity is increased. USE:For printing by a computer, and also for high-speed printing. |
