PURPOSE:To improve the mass production property of a product, reducing the manhour of production at laminate molding by a method in which using a second mold opposite to the first mold and an intermediate mold placed in between both molds, resin is simultaneously compression-molded by one time operation of mold closing in the state where the intermediate mold is heated at a semicuring temperature of synthetic resin, and then the contact surfaces of the molded objects are placed to be opposite to each other and to be mutually polymerized, whereby they are stuck to each other under heating and pressurizing. CONSTITUTION:Cavities C1/engraved in between a top force 11 and an intermediate mold 13; and inside there of, molding material COM1 is heated and flows, whereby a molded object m1 is press-molded, and cured under heating. Further a cavity C2 is engraved in between a bottom force 12 and an intermediate mold 13, and a molded object m2 is pressure-molded similarly. Mold closing state is held until the uncontact surface sides of both molded objects m, m2 being in contact with a top force 111 and a bottom force 12 become cured state, and the contact surface sides of both molded objects being in contact with the intermediate mold 13 become semicured state. Next, the molded objects m1, m2 are released from the intermediate mold 13 by the pushing action due to pressurized air. The contact surfaces of the molded objects m1, m2 are caused to be opposite to each other having the holding frame 7 intervening therebetween by the separation of the intermediate mold 13. At mold closing state, the contact surfaces in semicured state of the molded objects m1, m2 are polymerized mutually, and said objects are surely stuck to each other under heating and pressurizing, and then are simultaneously cured perfectly. Thus, a laminate molded object excellent in quality may be obtained. |
