PURPOSE:To obtain the titled pharmaceutical, by adding a salt to an aqueous solution containing lysozyme chloride and dipotassium glycyrrhetinate and adjusting the solution to a physiological pH. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution pharmaceutical, obtained by respectively blending <=0.5wt% preferably 0.1-0.5wt% lysozyme chloride with <=0.3wt% preferably 0.05-0.25wt% dipotassium glycyrrhetinate, adding any one or more of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, phosphates, citrates and carbonates and adjusting the pH to a physiological value of 5-9 and utilized as medicines and cosmetics. The above-mentioned pharmaceutical must be a clear aqueous solution and is utilized as a pharmaceutical for external use, e.g. eye drop, nasal drop, ear drop, agent for administration to oral cavity, throat, etc., and, if necessary, other administration pharmaceuticals, e.g. in the field of cosmetics. |
