<p>PURPOSE:To recover Zn, Pb, etc. and to prevent steel making slag from being crumbled, by charging electric furnace dust into an electric furnace together with starting material for steel making and by adding the remaining electric furnace dust to molten steel making slag. CONSTITUTION:Partial electric furnace dust is charged into an electric furnace 1 together with starting material for steel making, or it is added to molten steel making slag before the intermediate stage of oxidation. The remaining electric furnace dust is added to molten slag together with one or more among cinder, red mud, slag, clay and slate while bubbling the molten slag. Produced dust is collected with a bag filter 6 through a duct 2.</p> |
