PURPOSE:To return voice information on a destination in response to a call from a key telephone set, by providing the key telephone set with a memory stored with a distination access code and a voice-signal converting circuit, and by dialing the destination code when a telephone operator is absent. CONSTITUTION:An optional destination code is inputted on a keyboard device 90, and through a display interface IF circuit 60, the code and information which corresponds to the code are stored in a memory circuit 70 for display. When an operator, who is leaving a key telephone set 100 unattended, dials the destination code, the code is stored at a memory position, which corresponds to each telephone set, in the circuit 70 through a telephone-set IF cir- cuit 40, a channel connecting circuit 20, and a channel control circuit 30; and the destination information is displayed at each telephone-set corresponding position of a destination display device 50 through the circuit 60. When an incoming call arrives from a trunk-line or PBX circuit, a trunk-line/PBX-circuit IF circuit 10 detects the incoming to access the circuit 70, and the information on the destination is converted into a voice signal by a voice-signal converting circuit 80 to answer the destination to the trunk line or PBX circuit through the circuit 10 by voicing. |
