PURPOSE:To burn fuel completely by a method wherein a small reburning fluidized bed furnace is arranged in the air chamber of a fluidized bed furnace body, ashes and unburnt fuel generated on the surface of the fluidized bed of the body is supplied to the reburning fluidized bed furnace through an extracting pipe. CONSTITUTION:In the fluidized bed furnace body 1, the fluidized bed 3 and an air chamber 4 are provided respectively above and under a porous plate 2. Now, an unburnt gas extracting pipe 5 is arranged in the middle of the fluidized bed 3, its upper end is opened on the surface part of the fluidized bed 3, its lower end penetrates through the porous plate 2 and opens in the fluidized bed 10 of a small reburning fluidized bed furnace 6 arranged in the air chamber 4. Besides, a burnt ash exhaust pipe 7 is connected to the reburning fluidized bed 6 and the other end is connected to an ash hopper 8. Thus, the ashes and the unburnt fuel which have been collected on the surface of the fluidized bed 3 are introduced into the reburning fluidized bed furnace 6 through the extracting pipe 5 and can be burnt completely in the fluidized bed 10. |
