PURPOSE:To obviate such an inconvenience that when water leakage has occurred from a water receiving tank, the leaked water flows outside, and to simplify the water receiving tank, by arranging the water receiving tank in a hot water reservoir. CONSTITUTION:A hot water reservoir 1 has a rectangular shape in cross section, and an upper opening thereof is covered with a lid 2. The hot water reservoir 1 has a heat insulating structure with a heat insulator 9 filled between an outer tank 7 and an inner tank 8 thereof, and the lid 2 also has a heat insulating structure with the inside thereof filled with a heat insulator. The lid 2 is provided with an apparatus 6 for supplying water to the tank 1, a circulator 4 for circulating hot water from the tank 1 via a collector 3 and again to the tank 1, and a hot water supplier 5 for supplying hot water from the tank 1 to the outside thereof. The apparatus 6 includes a water supply pipe 21 and a ball tap 22 which are positioned in the water receiving tank 23 provided to the lid 2 so that water leakage from the water receiving tank 23 would not affect outside. |
