PURPOSE:To decrease the waste of a material at the time of the formation of a stator core plate by shaping a core piece through the punching of the space section side in the notch section of the stator core plate while forming a core piece fitting section in the notch section in the same shape as a projecting section. CONSTITUTION:The approximately trapezoid projecting section 21 where the upper one section of a rotor hole 3 of the stator core plate 1 is positioned is formed at the upper position of the rotor hole 3. The space section 4 in the notch section 7 of the stator core plate 1 is formed in the same shape as the shape obtained by inverting the projecting section 21 up and down, and the core piece fitting section 6 connected to the lower section of the space section 4 is formed in the same shape as the shape of the projecting section 21. The core piece 5 is molded through the punching of the space section 4, and the upper part and the lower part of the core piece 5 are inverted, and fitted to the core piece fitting section 6 in the notch section 7. Accordingly, the projecting sections 21 of other stator core plates 1 are located at the core piece fitting section 6 and can be punched continuously, and the waste of the material can be decreased. |
