PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a stator frame, a collar, etc. and their machining and assembly, and to reduce cost by forming a pair of brackets by a resin molding member and detachably mounting the brackets at both ends of a stator. CONSTITUTION:A can 3 made of thin stainless steel is inserted to the inner circumference of the stator 1 consisting of a stator core 2 and a stator coil, and the outer circumference and side of the core 2 and the circumference of a stator coil end 5 are surrounded by the resin molding member 4 composed of polyester resin or vinyl ester resin, and fastened to the can 3 through a proper means. A plurality of screw fittings are buried in the molding member 4 in order to tighten the brackets 12, 13, and these brackets 12, 13 are prepared by the mold, and support a rotor shaft 10 through sleeve bearings 14, 15. Accordingly, the intrusion of the outside water can be prevented, and manufacturing cost can be reduced. |
