PURPOSE:To obtain a light weight external plate which is made of resin and free from thermal deformation even during painting by making the chassis external plate into the structure in which the surface of the thick resin plate is covered with a thin steel plate. CONSTITUTION:A thin steel plate 3 press-molded is set in an injection metal mold by RIM method, and a resin material is injection-molded into the metal mold, and thus a chassis external plate is formed. Thus, the panel 1 having the thin steel plate 3 and the resin plate 2 made of R-RIM formed integrally can be obtained. |
