PURPOSE:To lower the impedance of a conductive circuit by moving the 2nd conductive member mounted with conductive filaments on the surface while bringing the same into contact with the 1st conductive member in moving intermittently, at least in a static state. CONSTITUTION:One side edge of a belt-like photoreceptor 1 consisting of a photosensitive layer 11, a conductive layer 13 and a base layer 15 is stripped away of its layer 11 to expose the surface 13a of the layer 13. A brush 17 flocked radially with filaments 17a contacting here is rotated by a driving means so that only the part of the layer 11 subjected to exposure generates conductivity, thereby forming the conductive circuit of the layer 13, the brush 17 and the earth 21. Since the brush 17 is rotating, always the different parts are brought into contact and the impedance of the conductive circuit is kept low. |
