<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a circuit device and improve the productivity by a method wherein a plurality of winding frames are provided to a magnetic core of ferromagnetic material such as ferrite and windings are applied to each frame, so that a plurality of transformers which are independent each other can be composed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of winding frames are obtained by joining two half- block magnetic cores 7 and 7' each of which has a plurality of concaves 6 or 6' so as to have plural-U shape. A plurality of transformers 8-9, 10-11 and 12-13 are composed by applying windings to each of the winding frames. The magnetic cores 7 and 7' are made of ferromagnetic material such as ferrite by a process such as one-body compression or cutting. Each transformer is connected to other circuit components as a suitable transformer composing a respective source device independently each other. With this constitution, cores of a plurality of individual transformers are made in one body, so that the size of the circuit device can be reduced and the magnetic core can be manufactured by one process and the transformers can be fitted to the circuit device by single fitting. Thus the productivity can be improved.</p> |
