PURPOSE:To form a water insoluble writable layer by laying a layer contg. a saponification product of an ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer and fine particles on a plastic film support. CONSTITUTION:A saponification product represented by general formulaI(where x is 0.2-0.7mol, y is 0.25-0.8mol and z is <=0.1mol) is dissolved in an org. solvent, and fine particles of silicon oxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, glass powder, cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate or the like having 0.1-10mum particle size are dispersed in the soln. The prepared dispersion is applied to a support. The ratio between the particles and the saponification product is 10:90-60:40 by wt., and the amount of the applied saponification product is 2-15g/m<2>. The non-image part of a photographic film is suitable for application. |
