PURPOSE:To realize the simple attachment/detachment to a socket for an address box to which an intrinsic address number is set to a terminal device of a TV picture receiver, etc. of a CATV system so as to ensure the easy maintenance and inspection. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of an address block 30 is made to touch the bottom surface of an address block attachment/detachment device 40, and then the upper surface is pushed down further. As a result, engagement projections 31 and 32 provided across the block 30 are positioned at the lower edge of a case 41 so as to enlarge the lower edge of a rocking matter 52. When the block 30 is pushed down to the lower edge of the case 41, the matter 52 is energized by a coil spring 62 so that the lower edges of the matter 52 are set close to each other. Thus pawl bars 53 and 54 are engaged with the lower faces of the projections 31 and 32, and the block 30 is hanged down by the device 40. Then the block 30 is put into an inserting opening 38 within the main box 10 of a terminal device to be fitted into a socket 39. Then release button 68 is pressed from right and left sides to give the rotation to the matter 52 centering on a shaft pin 61 to increase the lower edge of the matter 52. As a result, the pawl bars 53 and 54 are separated from the projections 31 and 32, and the block 30 is kept inserted into the socket 39. |
