<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an oriented film which is colorless, and is well adhesive, and with which electrode patterns in relief are invisible by coating a soln. prepd. by condensating a specific diamine component and acid anhydride on a substrate and causing ring closure with heating. CONSTITUTION:A polymer soln. obtd. by condensating 70-96mol% isophthaloyldihydrazide or a mixture of isophthaloyldihydrazide and diaminodiphenyl ether and 4-30mol% diaminosiloxane of the formula (where R1 is C3H6, C4H8, R2, R3 are CH3, C2H5) and acid anhydride such as pyromellitic anhydride, benzophenontetracarboxylic anhydride is coated on a glass substrate by a dipping, spin coating or spray method. This is heated to about 200-350 deg.C to cause ring closure reaction in molecules, after which it is rubbed. Gauze and buffing are generally used for the rubbing.</p> |
