PURPOSE:To obtain a speaker diaphragm which has an excellent specific modulus of a foamed molding with good frequency characteristics, by laminating the fiber materials close onto the surface of the foamed molding and then drying the fiber materials. CONSTITUTION:A foamed molding 21 of metal, seramic or carbon having a 3- dimensional reticular structure is used for a base material. A solution containing the dispersed fiber materials is coated to the molding 21, and the fiber materials are stuck and laminated onto the surface 21c of the molding 21 to form a fablic film layer 4. Thus the close adhesion is secured between the foamed molding and the film layer. In such way, a speaker diaphragm is obtained with has an excellent specific modulus of the foamed molding plus good frequency characteristics. |
